Riders for Health is based in the United Kingdom, and donations to it are not tax-deductible for US Taxpayers. However, there is a US-based affiliate that can receive these donations and is tax deductible. The donations will end up in the same place, and serve the same goal.

Unfortunately the US affilliate is not yet set up for online donations.
